We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. Here’s how to raise one and what happens next.

How to make a complaint

If you wish to register a complaint, please write to info@mortgage-tek.co.uk or telephone 0203 827 8560. A summary of our internal complaints handling procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints is available on request.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge your complaint and investigate it fairly and promptly.
  • We keep you informed and aim to resolve matters as quickly as possible.
  • We issue a final response setting out the outcome and your options.

The Financial Ombudsman Service

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can contact them at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by telephone on 0800 023 4567.
