His whole-of-market experience was built at a market-leading brokerage before he founded MortgageTek as a directly authorised firm in 2018. Outside work he follows cricket and football, and reads widely.
Daniella qualified as an independent mortgage and protection adviser in 2016, following 18 years as a corporate accountant and seven years running her own accountancy practice. She joined MortgageTek in 2023 and specialises in commercial and bridging finance alongside standard residential mortgages.
Selwyn is an experienced financial services professional who qualified as an accountant in the 1970s and is now a certified mortgage broker and equity release adviser. A past London District Governor of Rotary International, he sings in choirs, plays bowls and golf, and wrote a book during lockdown.
With two decades in the mortgage sector — most of it as an independent mortgage and protection adviser — Denise now supports the broker team day to day, keeping clients updated on the progress of their applications from offer to completion.
